Drawing on the respected Ancient Christian Writers series, published with Paulist Press, this new module presents the major works of the earliest Christian theologians from the late-biblical and patristic periods. These are the major writings from which the development of later Christian doctrine stems. The series includes 75 volumes, all translations of major works from Latin and Greek. From St Irenaeus of Lyons to St Augustine and Tertullian, this collection of works gives students and scholars the opportunity to directly interpret ancient Christian theology and develop their own insights.
